At Puffo Goofs, we want you to love your new Goof. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns
Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused
- Be in its original condition
- Be returned in its original packaging
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How Do Returns Work?
To start a return, simply email us within 30 days of receiving your order at:
Once we receive your request, our Goof Support Team will review your case and contact you with one of the following solutions:
- A replacement product identical to the one originally ordered.
- A replacement product of equal value.
- Store credit equal to the value of your purchase for future orders.
Can I Cancel or Change My Order?
Because we begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been confirmed.
This allows us to ship your Puffogoof as quickly as possible.
Are Returns Free?
At this time, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to the return address provided by our support team.
How Long Do I Have to Return My Order?
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
My Item Arrived Damaged or Incorrect
We're sorry to hear that.
Although uncommon, products can occasionally be damaged during transit or an incorrect item may be shipped.
If this happens:
- We'll send you a free replacement at no additional cost.
- A refund will not be issued for the first replacement shipment.
If the replacement order also arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Most refunds are processed within 6–7 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days before the funds appear in your account.
Lost or Undeliverable Orders
If your package is lost in transit or cannot be delivered due to a logistics issue, we'll send a replacement order free of charge.
